: These are great to make quick, easy meals, especially if you arriving late or as a backup if you can't get a campfire going! Just remember cans are heavy so aren't great for backpacking or hiking.

- Vegetables (Corn, peas, green beans, carrots)
- Fruit (peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple)
