IMPORTANT UPDATE for replacement parts! NorthPole

Hey fellow campers, Josh here. I recently sent an email to North pole Ltd. about a question and I received the below reply. Sadly, they no longer service Greatland products. Sorry for the bad news.

Dear NorthPole Consumer,

Your request is very important to us and we appreciate you for calling. However, I do regret to inform you that our NorthPole Consumer Service’s and Parts Departments are indefinitely closed. If you feel you have a warranty claim or defective product, please place your product back in its original packaging and return to your retailer according to their return exchange policy. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and/or your family, but we are unable to assist you with your request.

Should you need aftermarket poles (FIBERGLASS OR ALUMINUM), please contact http://tentpoletechnologies.com / Phone: 360-260-9527 or www.questoutfitters.com for information. (For QuestOutfitters you will need your pole dimensions-you can get this by measuring your poles) You might also consider a repair kit. Visit www.amazon.com and type in pole kits.

Steel Poles: There are, unfortunately, no aftermarket companies that we are aware of for steel poles; however, you can look locally for Metal Fabricators and possibly get it repaired or fabricated.

Should you need repair for fabric or a substitution for a rain fly (nylon tarps), please contact www.campmor.com , www.rainypass.com, www.tear-aid.com, or Noah’s Fabric at noahsfabric@hotmail.com / (406)-274-6491

Should you need repair for zippers: www.fixnzip.com or visit your local seamstress shops (Door zipper sizes #8 ; Window zipper sizes #5)

Should you need a replacement carry bag, you can try sport departments: a general duffle bag or luggage should work sufficiently.

Should you need replacement canopy tops or gazebo parts, you will need to search your own after market companies as there are very few to none that we can find.

Should you need a replacement mattress or pump, please try local retailers for assistance with a generic product. Make sure to check the size of the mattress with yours. Airbed sizes are not standard like regular beds. You may then replace with a generic pump.

Should you need plastic connectors, or other specialized items we regret to inform you that your item is not available and we cannot assist with a discontinued item at this time.
