ISU1977 Tent - Where's the dome?

WHERE'S THE DOME

I bought a Greatland Inst Set Dome Tent from Target a number of years ago.

Itme #: 918/093
RN 17730
It had always gone up in 5 minutes or less until the other day. I had to remove the nylon cover from the poles and then reassemble it. For some reason now the poles won't snap together and hold. What did I forget to do when i reassembled the tent to the poles? I also don't have a manual. Where do i get this? I attached a picture where you can see that there is no dome shape to the tent.
