North Pole Ltd Model No WMT-1010G9 First-Up Gazebo

The Black Corner is broke on my pop-up Gazebo on te frame. The model number on the frame is FPTY-111STR.

Used only 4 times - then broken

We have used the 1010G9 First Up Gazebo only 4 times when one pole button stayed inside and would not pop out. How can this be repaired? Then another pole did the same thing.

Also there are leaks in the top from stress points in the stitching around the center vent. Can you help me??? Thank you!
