Northpole, Northeast Outfitters, D2010N - rainfly and pole needed

I need a rainfly and the rainfly pole(s) for my Northpole, Northeast Outfitters tent, We think the model number is D2010N because this number was on the tag in the tent and the tag on the bag. There was another number on the tag in the tent: NP-2005-DIC-0429.

Any information would be appreciated!
