The company Northpole makes the brand Greatland for Target. They have manuals online. They apparently also offer replacement parts.

One of my Greatland poles splintered this past weekend. I just got on-line today to look for a replacement, thinking it was going to take me forever to locate, when I came upon your site and the information about the poles. Thanks for saving me alot of time!
