We got a Greatland Tent two years ago. We used it once and one of the main pieces broke. We loved the tent and desperately have been trying to find a replacement part. We have contacted the customer service number in the manual and contacted the warranty department as well.
We are willing to pay for the broken part and not expecting a free part. We have had absolutely no cooperation with this. The phone number on the manual for customer service is for Dish Network.
We enjoy camping very much and took time to research before we opted to go with Greatland. We thought we made the right choice, but apparently not. We feel as if we flushed money down the toilet. We spent a considerable amount of money on this tent.

The first trip we used the GreatLand tent(TGT-3748) and the poles have broken. This tent was over $100.00 and now I can't figure out what to do next.
I need replacement poles and can't find anything. There's nothing here on the internet.

I love my Greatland Insta-set 4 room dome tent but need a replacement pole, as a branch fell on my tent and broke one.
Anybody know where I can get one? Or does anyone have extra poles from one they'd like to part with?
The generic replacement kits are not the right length...

I have a 3 room Greatland dome tent it has a five year warranty...the front door zipper caught onto the zipper flap cover and now the zipper separates and wont stay zipped.
It always seemed when the tent was new out of the box that it was made too tight for the zipper on the door as it seemed it was to separate the zipper and now that it caught the flap it is very hard to get it to zip up right...my question is can I get the zipper replace and where?
