I recently purchased the Greatland® 7-8 Person Cabin Dome Tent for our scheduled yearly camping trip to Pennsylvania. We needed to replace our old tent because it had started leaking.
I am very satisfied with my purchase. This tent only took about 20 minutes to assemble, and it was so simple to do. I especially love the screened in porch section, you can actually sit out there and relax without any bugs.
My family set up a small foldable table and two chairs in the porch area and there was plenty of room. Another feature that I love is the small zippered area on one side of the tent that you can put a cord through so you can use a fan or heater inside the tent.
The sleeping area is plenty big for my queen sized air mattress with plenty of room left over for luggage.
The second day of our camping trip it started to storm. I was worried that my family and everything else in the tent would be soaked. I’m happy to say that our Greatland tent didn’t leak at all!
I’m sorry to say that the campers in the site next to our weren’t so lucky. They actually came over to ask what kind of tent we had after they saw that we came out of the storm dry and comfortable. They said they would also be replacing their tent with a Greatland.
I’m sure they’ll be as happy with their purchase as I am.
