Thanks to your help I was able to get my manual for my Greatland Tent online site. I have been trying different places on line all day to get the manual for our Greatland Tent with no luck.

Your site had a phone number for them, but they must be gone for the day or out to lunch. Anyway, the name of the company on the line for Greatland was North Pole Limited so I was able to find a site called northpoleltd.com and they had my manual.

Thanks so much. My day and my weekend has been saved.

Hi,

I bought a Greatland tent on clearance at a store and it never came with an owner's manual. The second time we used it, a pole for the rainfly broke at the joint-- not the cord, but the fiberglass tube. Since we had no manual, we had no part number. It took some digging on the web and I came across your website and the message that Nicole had sent giving the web address for northpoleltd.com rather than consumer@northpoleusa.com that I had seen and gotten me nowhere.

I was able to get a manual and a part number so, hopefully we will be able to get the pole replaced and all will be well with our tent again. Thanks-- I just wish I had found you sooner.
