Thanks to your help I was able to get my manual for my Greatland Tent online site. I have been trying different places on line all day to get the manual for our Greatland Tent with no luck.

Your site had a phone number for them, but they must be gone for the day or out to lunch. Anyway, the name of the company on the line for Greatland was North Pole Limited so I was able to find a site called northpoleltd.com and they had my manual.

Thanks so much. My day and my weekend has been saved.

Note: Northpole went out of business in 2012. Try this company for Greatland tent manuals.

NorthPole Ltd horrible company - Greatland Tents

I bought a tent through NorthPole Ltd. and all the connectors were broke and the few that weren't broke as we tried to put up the tent. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get a hold of this company, I cant get through and their supposed web site wont let me send the message through. I was able to leave one message on the phone and never got a call back, since then the line has been busy or other line says message box is full. I would never buy anything from this company again, cheap material and nobody to help.

Hi,

I bought a Greatland tent on clearance at a store and it never came with an owner's manual. The second time we used it, a pole for the rainfly broke at the joint-- not the cord, but the fiberglass tube. Since we had no manual, we had no part number. It took some digging on the web and I came across your website and the message that Nicole had sent giving the web address for northpoleltd.com rather than consumer@northpoleusa.com that I had seen and gotten me nowhere.

I was able to get a manual and a part number so, hopefully we will be able to get the pole replaced and all will be well with our tent again. Thanks-- I just wish I had found you sooner.
