Does anyone know where you can find a replacement rain fly for Ozark Trail tents?

follow up to my phone call... NEW

I spent about an hour on hold, and got switched between 4-5 live representatives--none of which were able to help. The last one 'did some research' and gave me a web-search phone number result for Ozark Trail--the hiking trail, not the supplier to Wal-Mart. Ultimately, I am looking to make the replacement part that *I* need (an eave pole...upper eave, I think, that measures 48" x 9/16" diameter with hard plastic plugs on each end that reinforce the mounting holes drilled at each end).

Good luck with your search. Hopefully the model and part number information will help (in my other, recent post here).

I'm on the phone with Wal-Mart to order the parts. You have to drill down to a CSR ('representative') and have the model (#30274) of the tent and the part number (rainfly is 9349 for the 16' x 16' cabin tent).

Need poles and Canopy Ozark Trail Tent

I have a Ozark trail tent that is 8 person and manufacture is Northpole Ltd, tent is purchased from Walmart.

It needs poles and a canopy and I was told to purchase it from Northpole ltd, not sure where to look to find these parts though.

Ozark trail 12 person cabin tent with screen porch, pole needed

Looking for a replacement metal support pole for back right corner of the tent. Also the fiberglass pole that stretches over the top of the tent form corner to corner.

Tent did not hold up so well to 30+mph winds. If anyone knows where I can replace the 2 poles that would be great.

Ozark Trail 20 x 10 3 room Instant Cabin, broken pole elbow connector
