Northwest Vacation Cottage tent - missing corner pieces

We were camping last summer and then tent blew over in a storm. The tent is a 14 x 14 Vacation Cottage Xtreme and the corner pieces broke.

We would like to use it this summer but I don't know how to find replacement parts. Can you help?
